Florence Peake and Eve Stainton's on- going collaborative work explores the expressive potentialities of queer bodies through intimacy, touch and collective reclaiming. Promoting an emotional landscape of bravery in response to restrictive attitudes to the sensual and visceral body, they endeavour to elevate the marginalised affection, sexuality, power and energies within non-normative relationship dynamics.
Peake and Stainton's meeting points are through movement enquiry and somatic practices, deconstructing gender codes, queer discourse rooted in feminist theory, sex, and their intimate relationship.
